About the Project
Flexera required new designs to support the integration of Microsoft, Salesforce, and ServiceNow licenses into their IT Asset Management platform. The work involved deeply understanding different enterprise license models and translating them into a clear, scalable information architecture within an established, complex system.
Alongside license management, I also contributed to usability improvements aimed at helping users navigate the platform more intuitively and reduce reliance on customer support.
