About the Project

Visibly is the world’s first online visual acuity test, developed in response to COVID-19 to allow patients to assess their vision remotely using a mobile device. The product required high accuracy, ease of use, and strict adherence to medical standards. As Design Lead, I focused on refining the onboarding experience so patients could complete the test confidently and correctly.

Key Contributions

  • Reviewed and analyzed patient user-testing videos to identify onboarding pain points and error patterns

  • Documented usability issues into structured reports that guided design decisions

  • Redesigned the patient onboarding flow to improve clarity, ease of use, and test accuracy
