During my time at Mindzie, I joined the company as a UX designer with the task of redesigning their existing platform, which had a tight deadline due to the effort to secure a significant client. Collaborating directly with the data scientists, CTO, developers, and sales team was an exciting experience that allowed me to learn a lot within a short period.

As a UX designer, I often found myself switching between roles such as project manager and QA, especially when we needed to implement a new feature and demonstrate it to potential clients. One of the most interesting aspects of my job was designing data in a neutral way, which required careful consideration to avoid any potential biases.

Working closely with different teams provided me with valuable insights into various aspects of the product development process, from ideation to implementation. This experience helped me develop a more comprehensive understanding of the factors that contribute to a successful product. Additionally, I learned the importance of designing with development in mind to avoid technical debt and ensure a high-quality product.
